Yoga at Archive August 13
Queens Village Tulsa and The Brown Sugar Series will be hosting alongside Soulthentic Yoga. Queens Village events are curated specifically for Black women in order to create a safe space.
The instructor, Janessa Mondestin (she/her), is an experienced yoga therapist certified by International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), registered with Yoga Alliance (YA), former producer for Yoga International and faculty of Stevens Institute of Technology.
